Catalogue Note

The so called "Third Edition" which was issued in only 99 signed deluxe copies. It was from this edition which Wilde gifted copies to his old friends, including Robert Ross, Major Nelson, Ada Leverson, Robert Sherard, Ernest Dowson, Lionel Johnson, Laurence Irving,  Charles Ricketts, Walter Sickert, his estranged wife Constance, and of course, Lord Alfred Douglas.
