Condition

The painted wooden panel is in good condition and is structurally sound. The paint is tightly bound with no significant losses observed. Minor losses in the white paint were found along the edge of the panel on the proper right side near the bottom tip. UV examination did not reveal any touch ups on the painted panel. The multi-colored panel exhibits excellent color retention with several minor scuffs on the surface. Minor wear along the edges of the frame have resulted in light scuffing of the paint. The panel presents a minor soiling layer, which is more noticeable on the white background surface where soiling and handling marks can be seen on the surface. Minor wear was noted on the edges and surface of the flat sticks used to support the square panel. Dimensional changes in the wood are evident where the seam between the central panel and the frame has opened slightly and the bottom point of the panel is slightly out of plane.
