Condition
The panel is in very good condition. The paint is tightly bound with no significant paint loss evident on the face of the panel. Minor losses of white paint were noted in several areas along the edges of the panel. Small yellow spots were present on the face of the panel along the bottom edge. A faint 1 scratch was found on the top green stripe. A faint irregularity in the surface sheen was seen on the black stripe on the top left side of the panel.
