Condition

The wooden sculpture is in good condition considering its age. It displays an aged surface with signs of wear on the matte painted surface and along the edges. The thinly applied paint is stable with dark tones from the wood below. The wood is split on three of the slats. The four moveable elements spin as intended. Rust can be seen on the four screws that secure the slats to the background frame. The relief is structurally sound. (This condition report has been prepared courtesy of Wilson Conservation, LLC.)
