Condition

This work is in good condition overall taking into account its age and the medium/materials selected by the artist. There are concentrated areas of paint loss scattered throughout, particularly in the upper left and center left quadrants. Areas of craquelure are also visible, however, the paint layer appears stable overall. An area of loss to the wood panel (measuring approximately 2 x 3 inches) is present on the upper right edge. Five fissure lines to the wood panel are present extending from the right and left edges. Please note this work is presently under plexiglas.
