comprising: four café-au-lait ground famille-verte dishes decorated with mandarin ducks in a lotus pond, a pair of café-au-lait ground famille-verte dishes decorated with a riverside landscape, three imari dishes decorated with flowers and bamboo in a fenced garden, and a famille-rose dish decorated with peonies in a garden

Condition

Four of the dishes have rubbing and loss to the gilded decoration on the reverse of four (in addition, one of which has a 2mm., rim chip, one has a 4cm., hairline rim crack); another dish has tiny nibbles to the footring; another has two 3.5cm., long hairline rim cracks; another has been broken in half and riveted; another has been broken in half and restored; another has three hairline rim cracks, circa 11.5, 3.5 and 4cm., long and a shallow rim flake to the reverse; another has been broken into circa five pieces and restored; and one has minor fritting and rubbing to the glaze around the rim.
