the richly jeweled Queen Maya standing at center in tribhanga grasping a tree branch with the raised right hand, serenely birthing the Buddha from her right side assisted by attendants, the infant Buddha also shown standing below with mandorla and ushnisha

Condition
Maya panel: Fragmentary as viewed with wear and accretion overall.
Panel of worshipers: Fragmentary as viewed. Possible break and restoration at reverse, stable. With areas of wear, loss and scattered staining throughout. Losses to figures' feet and lower legs, as viewed. Loss to head of figure at proper right.
