the Buddha seated in vajrasana with the right hand in bhumisparsha mudra and the left hand in samadhi mudra, wearing a tall pointed crown with foliate elements above the ears, with elegantly carved earrings and necklace, wearing a diaphanous robe draped over the left shoulder, seated atop a double lotus throne with ancient Bengali inscription below

Condition
Fragmentary, as viewed, with losses and pitting to crown, left eyebrow and face as well as areas of nose and mouth. Chip to right knee. Inscription at lower base with vintage wood mount. Traces of vermillion at forehead.
