Ink on paper. Recto: In generally good condition aside from: faded ink; a few small dots of foxing near peripheral edges; minor light staining; signs of a repaired hole to the upper right corner; a very minor tear along bottom edge. Verso: a small piece of white cloth tape to repair the aforementioned hole and a small area of tape residue at upper right corner; two very small pieces of archival tape repairing very small tears to lower corners; small tape stain to upper edge.
