Catalogue Note

According to Dr. Ralf Burmeister, the title of this work refers to a summer holiday taken in 1923 by Hannah Höch, Kurt Schwitters, Helma Schwitters, Jean Arp and Sophie Taeuber-Arp in the resort town of Sellin on the Baltic sea. This holiday marks the beginning of the close friendship developed between Höch, Schwitters and Arp.
