Condition
The canvas is lined. UV examination reveals a line of retouching (2cm) to the lower right corner and another line (1cm) to the centre of the left edge. There are a few further scattered lines of retouching to the upper right corner. There is a restoration to the centre of the upper edge where the canvas has been filled with associated paint lifting and craquelure and another to the lower right corner, both away from the central figures. Otherwise this work is in overall good condition.
