Condition

The canvas is not lined. UV examination reveals spots of retouching along the extreme upper edge and a 3cm line towards the centre of the upper edge. Some fine lines of stable craquelure with some very minor pigment loss in places to the upper centre of the left edge and towards the upper right quadrant. The texture is rich and the colours are fresh. This work is in overall very good condition.
