Condition
The canvas is lined. There is a layer of aged varnish preventing the UV light from fully penetrating, however UV examination reveals no signs of retouching. There is some light surface dirt and there is stable craquelure predominantly to the blue and yellow pigments. There are two vertical marks along the upper edge with some associated pigment loss. This works is in fairly good condition.
