Catalogue Note

With a Patek Philippe Certificate of Origin, instruction manual, setting pin, an interchangeable platinum case back and a presentation box.

In Basel Fair 2014, Patek Philippe revealed the new Ref. 5271, the upgraded version of Ref. 5270 with black dial and platinum case set with nearly five carats of baguette diamonds.  Powered by its in-house designed caliber CH 29-535 PS Q, arguably the most sophisticated and precise chronograph movement, this timepiece is truly a work of art embodying haute joaillerie and haute horlogerie.

The present example is the emerald variation presented in Watch Art Patek Philippe Grand Exhibition at the Saatchi Gallery in London to celebrate the brand’s 175th anniversary.  Fresh to the market in factory sealed condition; eligibly only a handful of these magnificent timepieces will be produced, making this watch a trophy for collectors.
