Catalogue Note

With a Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives stating the total diamond weight is 7 carats.

Ref. 3800, the standard "3/4 size" Nautilus was produced from 1981 to 2006 with many variations as to case material and dial layout. The Ref. 3800/108, however, was the most highly jeweled variation of this model and the only version to feature fully pavé diamond set dial, case and bracelet.  This watch is among all one of the rarest example of 3800/108 with 3 baguette sapphires set in the dial as mentioned on the extract from the archives. Possibly made in very limited quantities or as unique pieces to fulfill special requests from important clients, such was the extortionate cost when available and subsequent rarity.
