de forme ronde à la bâte incurvée, le couvercle serti d'une miniature sur émail vers 1710 représentant un homme en buste vêtu d'une veste bleue et coiffé d'une perruque, dans un cadre en or ciselé, poinçon de maître, titre de Paris (2e coq), grosse garantie (lion), poinçon d'importation français postérieur (sanglier)
