Condition
The illustration of the catalogue is accurate despite a little too bright. The gilding of the mounts is slightly more tarnished and rubbed than illustrated. Good overall condition despite the inevitable minor scratches and marks due to age and use.
The veneer has been slightly restored throughout and the commode is ready to display.
