reposant sur un pied circulaire plat vissé, le corps en forme de grenade appliqué de huit petits personnages en argent, ouvrant sur huit compartiments, (certains repercés) à glissières chacune gravée d'un nom de parfum : tubéreuse, binjouin, pastille, ambre, jonquille, musque, jasmin et sivette, la partie supérieure à bouton poussoir sans doute destinée à l'aspersion

Condition

In overall good condition ; some small holes in the drawers. The foot can be screwed. It is possible that a hook was fixed on the top in order to be hung up from a chain. on the inside stem are engraved Roman figures from I to VIII. Above them are engraved the letters: M I S T B P A I, initials for each flagrance. Each drawer engraved with a Roman figure on the side. The "ambre" drawer difficult to open. Date letter P on Tubereuse stem, maker's mark M on Sivette stem. Very rare and attractive piece.
