Description
- gold, sapphire, citrine, diamond
The bracelet of woven design set with modified cushion-cut citrines and calibré-cut sapphires, accented by round diamonds weighing approximately 4.35 carats, gross weight approximately 136 dtws, internal circumference 7½ inches, with maker's mark for Jacques Timey.
Condition
In good condition. Some scratching to the gold, commensurate with wear. The citrines are a medium to medium-deep yellow-orange and are predominantly eye-clean with a few stones displaying some minor abrasions to facet junctions and the bezels, thus making it difficult to determine the exact quality due to the hidden girdles. The sapphires are a medium-light to medium-deep slightly purplish blue and are predominantly slightly included with a few moderately included examples with surface-reaching fractures and chips. The diamonds are approximately F-G color, VVS-VS clarity. Fitted with a safety pin that is currently not functioning but could be very easily repaired by a jeweler. Bearing a nice heft with gross weight approximately 136 dwts. Accompanied by a copy of an insurance appraisal from Harry Winston, available upon request. The appraisal states that the original central stones were cubic zirconiums, not citrines as they are currently comprised. Additionally, the appraisal states that the near colorless stones were also cubic zirconiums, not diamonds as currently comprised.
