Centering a cushion-cut sapphire weighing 4.89 carats, flanked by two old European-cut diamonds weighing approximately 3.20 carats, further accented by two baguette diamonds weighing approximately .35 carat, size 6¼, numbered 68700.

In good condition. The shank exhibits minimal signs of wear in the form of small scratches. Under close inspection the eye-clean sapphire exhibits slight wear to the facet junctions and moderate to heavy chipping along the girdle. There is a significant chip next to one of the diamonds and another to the girdle, beneath one of the prongs. The two round diamonds are approximately F color, VS-SI clarity and show minor chips to the girdle; the baguettes are VVS-VS clarity. Accompanied by AGL report no. CS 63486 stating that the sapphire is of Kashmir origin, with no indications of heating.
