Description
- platinum, natural pearl, diamond
Of graduated design, composed of 91 pearls measuring approximately 6.8 to 2.7 mm, the clasp set with small round diamonds weighing approximately .15 carat, length 18 inches.
Condition
In good condition. The near round pearls range in color from creamy white to golden with fair to good luster and moderate to strong rose and green overtones. Strand shows evidence that it would benefit from a restringing. The diamonds in the clasp are of decorative quality. Clasp is in good condition with wear evident to the clasp with minor scratches and abrasions consistent with age. Accompanied by GIA report no. 2161216853 stating that the 89 of the pearls are predominantly natural, saltwater and two of the pearls are bead cultured. Please note that this necklace is composed of 89 predominantly natural pearls and 2 bead cultured pearls, not 91 natural pearls as stated in the printed catalogue.
