The body and wings set with five oval-shaped sapphires and enhanced with plique-à-jour and translucent enamel, accented by numerous round and single-cut diamonds, further decorated by two cabochon ruby eyes.

In fair to good condition. The plique-a-jour enamel exhibits some crazing and cracking under close inspection. The diamonds are approximately G-H color, VS-SI clarity. The sapphires range from medium to medium deep slightly violetish blue and they range in clarity from lightly to moderately included. The ruby eyes are translucent medium purplish red and heavily included. The blue enamel on the end of the dragonly tail exhibits minor enamel damage and loss.
