Centering a mixed cushion-cut yellow sapphire weighing approximately 12.00 carats, flanked by two cut-cornered square modified brilliant-cut diamonds weighing approximately 1.75 carats, size 6.

Condition

In very good condition. The sapphire is a bright, medium very slightly orangy yellow and lightly included. The side diamonds are approximately G-H color, VS-SI clarity. Accompanied by Tokyo Gem Lab report no. 23010845 stating that the sapphire is natural, with no indications of heating.
