The clip-brooch with articulated gold rays, set with round diamonds weighing approximately 2.50 carats, signed France, with French export and indistinct maker's marks for Verger Frères; with a pair of earclips of similar design, set with round diamonds weighing approximately 2.00 carats, with French export and maker's marks; circa 1950.
Condition
All pieces in good condition. The diamonds are approximately G-I color, predominantly VS clarity with a few examples of SI clarity stones. Gross weight of the clip-brooch approximately 18 dwts, gross weight of earclips approximately 11 dwts. Length of clip-brooch approximately 3 inches, length of earclips approximately 2 inches. All pieces with nice movement when worn. Please note that the clip-brooch is signed "France" and not "Verger Frères, France" as noted in the printed catalogue. However, the piece does contain French export marks and an indistinct maker's mark for Verger Frères.
