Condition
Overall in very good original condition. The nickel-plated surfaces with scattered rubbing, discolorations, losses to the plating as seen in the catalogue illustration. The rubbing and losses to the plating are concentrated to the high points of the design, most noticeable to the top portion of the head and the lion's mane. The object with surface dirt to the recessed portion of the design. The curved portion of the tail with losses to the plating, measuring one inch in length, which reveal a seam which is likely original to the design.
