Condition

Overall in excellent condition. When viewed in person, the piece displays a more saturated color palette than in the catalogue illustration with a highly detailed glaze with nuances of violet, burgundy, turquoise, white and blue. The piece has been examined under black light and shows no evidence of prior restoration. The glaze with a few minor burst air bubbles and irregularities inherent in the making. A very nice example of Dalpayrat’s work combining a delicate form and scale and wonderful colors throughout. -----
