Condition
Overall in good condition. The wood presents with a warm blond hue that is slightly warmer when viewed in person than in the catalogue illustration. The wood surfaces have been refinished and present with a few light surface scratches, minor abrasions and light surface soiling consistent with age and gentle use. One of the chairs with a few minor stable cracks in the wood to the back legs, consistent with natural ageing and which does not affect the stability of the chair. The chairs have been reupholstered and the leather is in very good condition with a few minor surface scratches, minor edge abrasions and surface dirt consistent with age and very sensitive use. An extremely elegant design with pure lines and great provenance. -----
