the shallow rounded sides supported on a straight foot ring, covered overall in a lavender-blue glaze stopped unevenly above the foot, thinning to a mushroom tone at the rim

Collection of A.J.B. Kiddell (1894-1980), a former director of Sotheby's London, and thence by descent.
Condition
Good condition. There is a craze line in the glaze on the front which shows as a dark blue line approx 8 cm long - clearly visible in the catalogue photo.
