each figure standing four-square on a rectangular base, the head forward facing with high arched mane and powerful shoulders, one covered overall in a rich ochre glaze, the other in an amber glaze, both falling short of the base to reveal the pale buff body, with wood stands (4)

The figures are in overall good condition. There is age appropriate wear to the surface and glaze.
