Description

  • JADE
of rectangular section, the stepped sides extended on one side forming the spout, opposite an archaistic dragon loop handle, all supported on a spreading foot, the body incised with archaistic mythical beasts divided by raised vertical flanges repeated on the foot, the stone of a pale celadon tone

Condition

The vessel is in good condition with the exception of a small chip to the top of the handle, a small chip to the to the edge of the foot, a nick to the rim, a bruise to one corner of the foot and a polished chip to another corner of the foot.
