Description

the standing figure cast with eight arms and eleven heads, arranged in three tiers, surmounted by one head with a wrathful countenance topped by a small head of Amitabha, the principal hands held in anjalimudra, the other six fanned out, one holding a kundika, the figure adorned with jewellery with a deer skin draped over the left shoulder and clad in shawl and a two-layered dhoti with finely chased borders, on a later silver base

Condition

The figure is in good condition with the exception of repair to the fingers of the top right hand, loss to the tips of the fingers on the middle right hand, loss of an attribute held in the top left hand and light rubbing to the gilded decoration predominantly to the faces.
