the ovoid body rising from a recessed base to broad shoulders, surmounted by a short neck with a lipped rim, painted with four pond fish swimming amongst aquatic plants, each separated by a lotus spray, all above cresting waves and upright lappets, the shoulders collared with a band of stylised ruyi heads below a frieze of scrolling tendrils encircling the neck, the recessed base inscribed with a six-character reign mark

Condition

Good condition, with just minor firing imperfections, pinholes and surface scratches.
