Overall in very good condition. The wood displays rich figuring and a slightly lighter color when viewed in person than it appears in the catalogue illustration. The overall surfaces present with light surface dirt and minor surface scratches consistent with age and gentle use. The wood surfaces present with a few minor abrasions, the largest one measuring ¼ x ¼ along one of the vertical edges of the lamp. The alabaster presents with a few minor edge abrasions consistent with age and gentle use and with some areas of restoration more visible to the interior of the lamp. One of the elements adjacent to the lower rim presents with a minor old loss, measuring approximately ¼ x 3/8 in. The lamp has been fitted for US electricity. A very decorative table lamp of sculptural shape.
