Condition
Overall in very good condition. The mirror retains its original hardware to the back and is slightly leaning forward when fixed to the wall as it was originally intended. The mirror surface is original and presents with a few traces of wear visible in catalogue illustration, with a few age stains and minor losses to the merchured surface, the largest one along the proper right edge and measuring approximately 1 1/2 inches in length. The upper edge wig a minor chip to the left side, visible in catalogue illustration. The metal surface with a few minor surface scratches and a few areas of minor restoration consistent with age and gentle use. A sculptural mirror displaying one of Cheuret's favorite subjects and a rare model to appear on the market.
