Condition

Overall in good condition. The wooden surfaces with a few surface scratches, minor edge abrasions and a few minor areas of discoloration consistent with age and gentle use. The surface have been refinished and present with a few area of old and sensitively undertaken restoration, concentrated to the upper part of the cabinet. A few separations of the joints, concentrated to the lower proper right side of the cabinet. With light surface dirt to the recessed areas. The glass has been later replaced and is in very good condition, with a few light surface scratches consistent with gentle use. The metal hinges present with minor traces of oxidation consistent with age and gentle use. The key is missing and the doors are presently locked. The interior of the cabinet presents with one shelve and is upholstered with moiré fabric. The fabric with some minor surface spots throughout, consistent with age and gentle use. An impressive piece, displaying a wonderful naturalist Art Nouveau form enhanced by the beautiful figuring of the wood.
