Overall in very good condition. The chandelier has a more vibrant colour when viewed in person than it appears in the catalogue illustration. The glass with some small and minute air bubble and particulate inclusions inherent in the making. The glass surfaces with a few shallow scratches consistent with age and gentle use. One of the tulip shades with a minor chip to the interior edge, measuring approximately 3/8 x ¼ in. The central shade is presently not electrified. The bronze mount with minor surface scratches, light rubbing to the patina and minor surface dirt consistent with age and gentle use. • One quadrant of the metal shade ring is slightly bent downward. Each of the three arms of the chandelier presently lacking one of the two fastening screws. A few traces of white paint residue to the ceiling plate. The ceiling plate is later. The chandelier appears to retain its original hanging hardware. Please contact the department for a detailed restoration report prepared by a leading restorer. A wonderful chandelier displaying rich flower decoration and stylish form.
