Overall in very good condition. The wooden frames of these chairs likely with a sensitively applied later finish that is consistent with the original design. The frames present with very gentle surface scratches and abrasions concentrated primarily to the lower portion of the frame consistent with age and gentle use. There are a few very minor seam separations at the backrest which are consistent with gentle use and the chair is stable. The chairs have been re-upholstered in a manner and material consistent with the original design. A very sculptural pair of chairs that epitomize the elegant minimalist aesthetic of the designer.
