Condition

Overall in very good condition. The wood surfaces present with minor surface scratches, minor edge abrasions and light traces of wear along the edges consistent with age and gentle use. A few abrasions concentrated around the key hole, consistent with use. The metal surfaces present with a few minor surface scratches and minor dents consistent with age and gentle use. With a few minor traces of oxidation, partly visible on the catalogue illustration. The bakelite with a few minor surface scratches consistent with gentle use. With a key. The lock to the door is not properly functioning and the door is presently locked. A great example of Thonet early modern designs.
