  • Gilt bronze
the deity seated in vajraparyankasana, wearing the five-pointed crown, with four arms holding ritual implements, a vajra in the primary left hand, a padma in the secondary left hand, a dharmachakra in the primary right hand, a flaming sword in the secondary right hand, wearing long flowing robes and bodhisattva jewelry, a necklace inlaid with semi-precious stone, the goddess sitting in lalitasana with hands in anjali mudra, seated atop a lotus throne with raised pearls, with foliate prabhamandala and Nepalese inscription on reverse, baseplate sealed and incised with a vishvavajra

Condition

Wear and accretion overall. Central figure, consort, prabhamandala and base elements separately cast. Slight bend to sword. Nepalese inscription at reverse. Back of prabhamandala and throne ungilt in the Nepalese fashion.
