Concentrated bouquet of pure Médoc class. Glorious cassis and currants taste. This is a great Margaux of huge richness and dimension. Stupendous. At 23 years old and from magnum, the concentration was huge, with glossy glycerol covering the power. Coats the mouth. A real 1986 Cabernet Sauvignon wine, as all the First Growth Médocs are this year. In large format, it needs 10- 20 years more. In bottle in 2012, lovely, scented, cedarwood nose.
