The brooch designed as a stylised sunflower, set with circular-cut sapphires and rubies, circular- and single-cut diamonds, Swedish assay mark; the ear clips of cluster design, set with circular-cut rubies and diamonds.

Brooch: Stamped 18K for 18 carat gold. Maker's marks. Rubies and sapphires with good saturation, most with typical inclusions visible to naked eye. A few stones found to be doublets. Diamonds bright and lively. Pin fitting secure, safety catch. In good condition. Ear clips: Rubies medium - pale purplish red, most with typical inclusions visible to naked eye. Estimated total diamond weight approximately 0.50 - 1.00 carats, estimated colour J-L, estimated clarity SI. In good condition.
