Comprising: a hinged bangle of rope work design with lion head terminals, accented with circular-cut rubies, sapphires and brilliant-cut diamonds, inner circumference approximately 150mm; a pair of ear clips of matching design and a ring, size R, each with maker's marks, case stamped Ilias Lalaounis.
Condition
Rubies of Burmese origin cannot be imported into the US; this piece may contain a ruby of Burmese origin and therefore may not be able to be imported into the US. Stamped 750 for 18 carat gold. Each with maker's marks. Bangle signed Ilias Lalaounis. Rubies purplish red, with typical inclusions visible under magnification. Sapphires dark blue, with typical inclusions visible under magnification. Diamonds bright and lively. Secure ear clips. Total weight approximately 118 grams. Scratches to metal consistent with wear. Some tarnish. In good condition. Case stamped Ilias Lalaounis.
