Designed as an eagle, set with circular-cut diamonds with a ruby eye, one diamond deficient, detachable brooch pin, fitted case by Carrington & Co, 130 Regent Street, applied with the crowned monogram for the Marquis of Anglesey.

Condition

Rubies of Burmese origin cannot be imported into the US; this piece may contain a ruby of Burmese origin and therefore may not be able to be imported into the US. Ruby of purplish red, typical inclusions visible under magnification. Total diamond weight approximately 25.00-30.00 carats, estimated colour G-I, estimated clarity VS-SI on average. One diamond deficient. Brooch pin secure. Fitted case by Carrington & Co, 130 Regent Street, applied with the crowned monogram for the Marquis of Anglesey.
