Of cluster design, set with a cabochon ruby within a frame of cushion-shaped diamonds.
Condition
Rubies of Burmese origin cannot be imported into the US and therefore this piece may not be imported into the US. Certification of non-Burmese origin is required before the import of rubies into the US. Please see our Important Notices and contact the jewellery department for further information.
Accompanied by The Gem & Pearl Laboratory report no. 11094, stating that the ruby is of Burmese origin, with no evidence of heat treatment.
Mounted in silver and gold. Ruby measuring approximately 10.0 - 9.7 x 6.3mm, medium red, strong saturation, typical inclusions visible under magnification. Estimated total diamond weight approximately 9.00 - 11.00 carats, estimated colour J-L, some M+, estimated clarity SI-I. Scratches and tarnish to mount consistent with age and wear. In good condition.
