Description

  • seed pearl, chrysoberly, gold, amethyst
Comprising: a necklace designed as a series of oval amethysts within cannetille work and seed pearl frames, to plain mesh linking, length approximately 420mm; a pair of earrings, each set with a pear-shaped amethyst, within a cannetille work, half seed pearl and circular-cut chrysoberyl frames, hoop fittings; the bracelet designed as series of oval amethysts between quatrefoil links, length approximately 180mm, maker's mark.

Condition

Amethysts light to medium purple, even saturation, some with scratches to facet edges. Chrysoberyl of light green/yellow colour. Pearls grey, slight pitting and light cracks to some of the nacre. Secure clasps. Scratches and tarnish to metal consistent with age and wear. Mesh linking well articulated. In good condition.
