Description

  • huanghuali wood
with a single panel top applied with everted ends, above an openwork apron, the legs joined by stretchers and carved in openwork with stylised makara

Condition

The table is in overall good condition. There is slight shrinkage to the top panel of the table, and a shallow flake to one corner. There are some minor chips to the openwork apron and elsewhere. All four feet with shallow flakes/natural nicks at the bottom. Some minor age cracks in consistent with age.
