Description

  • bamboo
of cylindrical form, deftly carved and pierced with an evocative landscape in which six equestrian figures give chase and encircle a tiger, five of the horsemen armed with bows and arrows, with the sixth brandishing a swirling mace, all supported on three integral low tab feet

Condition

The brushpot is in good condition with the exception of some minor hairline age cracks to the rim and base.
