Description

seated in dhyanasana on a double lotus base, the principal hands in anjalimudra before the chest and the attendant arms raised in vitarkamudra and holding a string of beads and a lotus stem, wearing a dhoti finely incised at the hems with lotus scrolls and richly adorned with beaded jewels and a shawl over the shoulder, the face with a benevolent expression, the hair drawn up into a high chignon framed by a foliate tiara

Condition

The figure is in good condition with the exception of los to all but one piece of inlay on the jewellery, old nicks to the bottom edges of the scarf, and minor rubbing to the gilded decoration. The base is open.
