Description

  • bronze
finely cast seated in dhyanasana on a double-lotus plinth with beaded edge, hands held in dharmachakramudra the gesture of teaching, crowned with a peaked hat and dressed in elaborately chased robes

Condition

The figure is in good condition with the exception of loss of the left attribute, a minor 3mm., hairline casting flaw to the right knee and very minor scratches and rubbing to the gilded decoration. The base is closed.
