well potted, the cylindrical sides rising from a recessed base, intricately carved in high and low relief with prunus branches and bamboo, the exterior and rims all covered with a caramel-yellow glaze, the rims densely packed with dots imitating a cut-section of bamboo, the interior and base glazed white, wood stand

Condition
The brushpot has a 0.1x0.1cm chip to the inner rim. There are some minor chips to the extremities of the relief decoration, such as the prunus petals and edges of the bamboo leaves. The foot has slightly uneven surfaces. There is a 0.4cm firing crack to the base. Some areas of the yellow enamel are worn, such as the edges of the foot and the extremities of the relief decoration.
